Pastry Crispy Layers Recipe

1.5 cups of water 300 ml
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of yeast
4.5 cups of flour
1 tablespoon butter

150 grams of butter

Instructions
Let’s add water, sugar, salt and yeast to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let’s add flour and knead it in a controlled manner. Let’s add the butter and continue kneading.
Let’s roll out the dough with a rolling pin, add frozen butter and fold it.
Let’s fold the dough into a square shape, cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
