Red Velvet Cup Cake

• 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of Salt
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare Wet Ingredients:

Mix evaporated milk with lemon juice or vinegar and set aside. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, canola oil, vanilla, red food color, and warm water.

2️⃣ Prepare Dry Ingredients:

Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

3️⃣ Combine Ingredients:

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Rest the batter for at least 5 minutes before baking.
