Whip it good! Make sure to use a food processor, a stand mixer is not able to break down the feta well enough.
You can make this recipe beforehand, but be sure to bring it to room temperature before serving. The texture will become firm when refrigerated.
For best, thick consistency, use full fat feta, ricotta and sour cream. Otherwise your dip might turn out watery.
